Dr. Jack H. Links
Dr. Jack Lincks was born in New Orleans. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery from Louisiana State University, School of Dentistry in 1986. After graduation he joined the United States Air Force, serving 21 years in the Dental Corps and retiring at the rank of Colonel (06). His military assignments include: Homestead AFB, Fl; Elmendorf AFB, AK; Lackland AFB, TX; Langley AFB, VA; and Hickam AFB, HI. He was deployed for the Persian Gulf War, Desert Shield/Desert Storm, in 1990.
Dr. Lincks completed his Periodontal Residency and Masters of Science at Wilford Hall Medical Center/University of Texas Health Science Center, San Antonio in 1999. His Masters of Science research facilitated the development of current surface technology for dental implants. He received his Master Laser certification from the World Clinical Laser Institute in 2011.
Dr. Lincks is currently a board-certified Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology and an active member of the American Academy of Periodontology, American Dental Association, the International College of Dentists, the Idaho State Dental Association, and the Southwest Idaho and Treasure Valley Dental Societies. He is also an Instructor of Periodontics II at CSI for the Dental Hygiene Program. He is the past Chairman of the Idaho Oral Health Alliance and is the Director of the High Desert Sage Study Club and High Desert Sage Hygiene Study Club.
He is married to Jennifer, and together they have three children: Kat, Evan, and Brian.
